Use of Our Services

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts and placing orders for custom stickers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Custom sticker designs and artwork uploaded must not infringe on intellectual property rights, contain offensive material, or violate any applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order that violates these terms or our content guidelines.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on Sticker Park, including website design, logos, text, graphics, and proprietary sticker templates, is the property of Sticker Park and protected under applicable copyright laws.
• Uploaded customer artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of the customer or their designated rights holder.
• By uploading designs, you grant us a limited license to reproduce, print, and process your artwork solely for order fulfillment.
• You warrant that you own or have permission to use any uploaded content and that it doesn't infringe on third-party rights.

Order Processing & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of materials and production capacity.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the price at time of purchase.
• Payment is required before production begins on custom sticker orders.
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal for secure payment processing.

Production & Shipping

• Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production schedule.
• Shipping times are provided by carriers and not guaranteed by Sticker Park.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Content Guidelines

• Uploaded designs must not contain hate speech, explicit sexual content, illegal substances, or promote violence.
• Copyrighted material (logos, characters, branded content) cannot be printed without proper authorization.
• We reserve the right to reject designs that violate our content policy or applicable laws.
• Designs promoting illegal activities or that could cause harm will not be processed.

Limitation of Liability

Sticker Park's liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific order in question. We are not liable for:

• Damages arising from misuse of products or normal wear and tear
• Shipping delays beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, customs)
• Errors in customer-provided artwork, text, or specifications
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Business losses or lost profits related to sticker orders

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
