● What file types do you accept?
We recommend submitting files in PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or AI format. For the sharpest
results, please upload high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher) or vector designs for
scalability.
● Can I review a proof before printing?
Yes – and it's completely free! Every custom order receives digital proof for your
approval. We won't start printing until you're 100% satisfied with how your design looks.
● Is there a minimum order quantity?
We offer low minimums to give you more flexibility. Whether you're ordering just a few
pieces for a personal project or thousands for business use, we've got you covered.
Shipping & Delivery
● Where do you deliver?

● How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you approve your proof, orders are typically printed and delivered within 5–7
business days. Need it faster? Rush production may be available depending on order

● Do I get tracking details?

We're here to help! Whether your file needs minor tweaks, background removal,
resizing, or alignment fixes, our team offers complimentary design adjustments to ensure
your final product looks exactly how you envisioned.
● Do you provide design templates?
Yes! Head over to our Templates Page to find downloadable templates and layout
guidelines for each product type – including die-cut stickers, roll labels, and kiss-cut
sheets.
● What if I don't have a design yet?
That's perfectly fine! Share your idea or concept with us, and our creative team will work
with you to bring it to life – no need for professional design experience on your end.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
● Which payment methods do you support?
We accept multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and
mobile wallets, making it convenient for everyone.
● Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes – but only before you approve the proof. Once a design is approved, production
begins, and we can't make changes or cancel the order. Please review your proof
carefully before final approval.

during shipping, or a mistake on our end, we'll either reprint your order at no cost or
issue a full refund – no hassle, no stress.
