π Quick Refund Window: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your custom sticker order.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your custom sticker order.
- Custom stickers are made-to-order specifically for you; therefore, refunds are only applicable in cases of printing errors, defective materials, damaged items during shipping, or incorrect items received.
- We cannot accept returns or refunds for customer errors in design submissions (such as typos, low-quality uploaded images, incorrect sizes provided, or design approval mistakes).
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
What Qualifies for a Refund
- Printing Quality Issues: Faded colors, blurry prints, or incorrect color reproduction
- Material Defects: Stickers that don't adhere properly, tear easily, or have material flaws
- Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit (we'll work with shipping carriers on this)
- Wrong Items: If you received a different product than what you ordered
- Missing Items: If part of your order is missing from the shipment
Refund Process
If your refund request meets our eligibility criteria and is approved, here's what happens:
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5β7 business days after approval.
- For defective products or quality issues, we may request photos as proof before processing the refund.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund.
